IF (which is soooooo doubtful) but, IF we make a mistake. We will fix it. Email Orders@ephemera-inc.com or give us a call at 1.800.537.7226. If you end up with some magnets that just aren't selling at your store, we will take them back. Just send them back to us with a list of new magnets you wish to order PLUS a $100 minimum order. YOUR MAGNETS CAN'T EVER HAVE BEEN STICKERED! I know you think you will cleverly use some goo gone on the magnets and I will never know. I will. There is a finish on the back of the magnets that keeps them from marking up people's fridge. If you scrub at them or use any cleaning chemical on them - it removes this finish. The magnets have to be in resellable condition. Look at the magnet and ask yourself, "If I got this from Ephemera - would I call them and tell them this looks shitty and I wanted a refund?". If the answer is "yes" then don't send them back. If "no" the by all means, we'll take them! Anything over $200 will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee will also be applied if we think you are abusing it in some other way as well. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
