How do I create an account? | |
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". If you are a wholesale customer you will also have to create a wholesale account by clicking on the "not a wholesale customer yet" button at the top of the homepage. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

How do I edit my account information? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. | |
How much is my shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
I forgot my password. | |
HAHA! That's silly! You should probably write it down somewhere. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |

How do I return my product? | |
You can send us your return to: PO Box 490 Phoenix, OR 97535 Be sure we know who we are getting a return from! But not RA necessary. |

I received the wrong product. | |

What is your return policy? | |
If it's our fault, we will pay to have it shipped back to us and make sure the correct thing is sent. If it's not out fault ... we will still replace it but we may request that you pay for shipping. |

When will my order ship? | |
We usually ship wholesale orders in 3-4 business days. Retail is usually 1-2 days. But note: We do not work weekends. So, you know, BUSINESS DAYS. |
