When you are shopping and browsing, your order is saved in your cookies on your computer and will stay saved for about 6 hours unless your computer is set to automatically delete your cookies.
If you would like your order to be saved in the shopping cart, you need to check out part way so that your information is saved with your order. Go to your shopping cart and click "checkout." Proceed until you get through step 3 of the checkout, where you enter your billing information. Then you may go to continue shopping and add more items to your order.
This will make it so that your order will be saved for 5 days instead of 6 hours.
If you are having trouble because your order is deleting after just a couple of hours or while you are placing it, this is a problem with your security settings on your computer. You must make sure that cookies are allowed and will not be periodically deleted while you are ordering.
